The truth is that man put the legs in front of his chest. and While they were assembling him, he straighten his legs back into the fake legs. That's what i see... I don't know what kind of man he is... maybe... he's a monkey. :) or maybe he's a short man.

Yes, you may be right! At 1:03 man in white stand in front of him just to cover him so we can't se what's going on, but if you watch at the legs at left, you can see some movements! And, at the end, his chest and stomach are a bit tinyer than before!
