I suggest you create more side and 3/4 view drawings if you like teaching how to draw. Don't forget to mention the difference in male a female facial features, ie. smaller chin, slimmer neck, etc on a female.

Remember when you were in 1st grade they gave you that fat pencil and you struggled to draw each letter of the alphabet? Over the years you have practiced and practice drawing those letters until now you can do it without even trying. What made you successful is all that practice. If you practice over and over drawing other things you will get better and better too! You should try it. :)

this is a simple drawing that shows only a girl with big neck and couple of hair strings,things you could do better:
-hair strings...she looks like she had only 1-5 giant FAT hair strings...draw lines
to make the hair look real.
-neck,what is she?donkey with human head and bald neck?minimize the size of the neck!!!
-hair SIZE...the hair is too big on top but is very small on bottom...WATCH IT!!!
-nose...doesnt look real...looks like a bump with a horizontal scar on the girl's face.
-ear...TOO SMALL...make it a little bit bigger!!!unless she is a winter girl!!
practice and make sure you could sell it with lots of $$ before making a video on metacafe..
